The staff are nice as well as the host. The rooms are spacious and really modern, with crisp white sheets, mini toiletries for use, as for instance provided. Thanks a lot for the stay here - would use them next time.

It all depends on your needs
The location was excellent, just a short drive to Cobham, and there was ample parking available.
The shower pressure was inconsistent, making for a less than ideal experience .

The lovely garden view room made for a nice stay, and the cooked breakfast was delicious! the bathroom could've been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. 🌻

Warm welcome and lovely garden added charm, but the shared toilet situation created morning rush discomfort.

Charming, homely environment with unique character.
I also found the mattress quite uncomfortable. The garden was sadly overgrown and not usable, which detracted from the overall appeal of the hotel.

The owner's warm welcome made my stay special, and the spacious lounge with a great selection of books was a nice touch.
Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which affected my experience.

The room was unbelievably outdated, and I could feel the springs as I tossed and turned, horrid! I also expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently they don't care about special treatment. I can't believe the overgrown garden wasn't even usable, just a disgrace! I almost gave them a good review, but couldn't.
